I'm staying an extra two months in Germany! This is old news to most folks at this point, I think, but here's the full story for anybody who hasn't heard yet.
I started this summer program with the intention of doing only The Count in Marriage of Figaro. The program has two other sessions, over the course of which they perform Cosi fan Tutte during each session. They had space available for somebody to cover Guglielmo next month and to actually perform the role the following month, and I was offered the opportunity to fill those spots. So I'm spending this month learning the role and next month I will actually perform it. Hooray!
